Let’s start from the beginning and I will tell you a little bit about how I got started and where I wish to go with my little business in the future.

I have always had a passion and love of baking, about 14 years ago my second daughter was diagnosed with gluten and dairy sensitivities (as well as a few more but these were the main concerns at the time). I began a deep dive into the gluten-free lifestyle and found more and more information and studies on how the food that we eat affects our body in the short and long-term. I discovered a new way of baking that has a positive affect to our body so that I can continue to provide my family with delicious treats.

With a keen focus on using natural, nutrient-dense ingredients, I have discovered the art of creating delectable family favorites that not only taste amazing but also support overall well-being. I exclusively use wholegrain organic gluten-free flours and opt for natural sweeteners such as maple syrup and organic coconut palm sugar, being gentler on our blood sugar levels and containing essential vitamins and minerals. I also provide many dairy-free and vegan options, ensuring everyone can enjoy my treats.

My goal as a baker is to provide joy, warmth, and happiness to everyone.

My future goals: I dream of one day opening a shop with all my my baked goods as well as homemade soups, breads, sandwiches and more! I also dream of providing baking and cooking classes to kids and families sharing my love of baking and the importance of the food we eat.
